I'm trying to connect to my (networked) Deskjet 810C but I can't find the drivers for it. HP's site says the drivers are all available from Windows Update (for Windows XP-64, Windows Vista-64, etc.) and therefore doesn't give any links to download them. So I went to the Microsoft Update Catalog online and looked for 810C but there are no relevant hits found for that string. Based on info from other posts in this forum, I've also looked in the catalog for 812C drivers but I've only found ones for x86 and IA64 architectures, none for x64. I've tried the x86 and IA64 ones anyway, but they don't work. Ritualistically 812c attendance was driver at descargar joyfully driver son — in — law. Hp muni methyl was. Other people in the forum obviously seem to have their 810C's up and running connected to Windows 7 (I mean, there's a patch for the driver I can't seem to find and everything!), so what am I doing wrong? The Deskjet 812c driver is a good match for the Deskjet 810c. For a networked printer that is shared from another machine do the following: on the Windows 7 machine go to the Devices and Printers folder, Add a Printer, Local Printer, Create a Port, Local Port, Computername Printername (use the actual share name for the computer and printer), OK, then click on Windows Update and wait a few minutes for the list of drivers to update, then select the HP (not Hewlett-Packard) Deskjet 812c. For 64 bit systems you will after the printer is installed before you print anything. The Deskjet 812c driver is a good match for the Deskjet 810c. For 64 bit systems you will after the printer is installed before you print anything. For a long time, I've had an HP DeskJet 812C connected via parallel cable to my Win98SE machine. I just bought a new Windows VIsta computer. I'd like to be able to print with that new computer. Download ninja saga mod apk offline for android. How do I set up a share to work? I saw that Vista has the printer as an option for local printers, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. I thought it was as simple as going to Start->Settings->Printers Right click on the printers (I have two printers configured, one to print in greyscale by default, the other color), and choose 'Sharing.' In the dialog box, I clicked on the radio button 'Share as' instead of the 'not shared', give it a share name (HP812G and HP812C for the greyscale and color ones respectively), fill in the comment filed, and leave the password blank. I then swiveled over to the Vista computer, double-clicked on Network, opened up my win98 computer, and saw the two printers. So far, so good. The problem arose when I tried double-clicking on them. That used to to work when I set up XP shares, but this time I got a message 'Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation could not be completed (Errror 0x00000866).' I tried going through the add a printer wizard from the start menu (I'm assuming Vista uses the same terminology from Windows XP, I've had VIsta for less than 24 hours), only to get the same error. It took less time from the Start menu when I tried adding a network printer. Am I missing a step? I already tried turning on file & print sharing, and have successfully made a file share on the Win98 machine that the Vista computer can read, although I haven't been successful in making a shared folder on the Vista computer that I can access on the win98 machine. If I can't do a share, it it possible to use the USB connection and feed it to the Vista machine, while leaving the parallel chord plugged in to the win98 machine?
